Orders and shipments

Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and complete your order by selecting your preferred payment method from those available. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

For the shipment of our products we rely on a selected partner that we choose from time to time based on various factors, for example the period of the year and the place of delivery.

Shipping costs within Italy are as follows:

- for orders over €100.00 shipping is free;
- for orders under €100.00 the shipping cost is €9.99.

Our products are generally shipped within 1/2 business days and delivered within 5/7 business days from the date of purchase. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing information on the status of your order and the tracking code of the shipment.

During the holiday periods, due to the large influx of people into the store and the high number of orders, shipments may be subject to delays compared to the indicated times.
